About Shipping
Q: Can you ship the green tea products I ordered to any country?

A: We can mail green tea to about 30 or more countries. However, due to the customs procedures in some countries, there are import restrictions on green tea.
Contact the customs office of your country of residence to confirm the details.

Q: How can I confirm a status of delivery?

A: You can check the status of international mails you ordered in the Japan Post. And you can confirm International delivery information from the homepages of overseas post offices. In some cases information may be reflected earlier, so feel free to make good use of these links.

Q: Can you deliver to Japan?

A: When a delivery address is within Japan, the 8% consumption tax will be imposed on the payment of goods and the delivery fee at the time of purchase.

About Products

Q: What do I do if the product delivered has deteriorated and is damaged, or if the product delivered differs from what I ordered?

A: Please contact us with a detailed description of the situation. After we have confirmed this, we will immediately send you new product.

Q: Can products be returned/exchanged?

A: The products which you order are food products and cannot be returned or exchanged. Your understanding is appreciated.

Q: Do you also wholesale to retail businesses?

A: Please send us an email with more information about your request and we’ll be happy to get in touch with you.

◁ Q: Can I get a free sample?

A: We love it when you feel so enticed by our products that you just can’t wait to taste them, but unfortunately we do not mail out free samples, because we only have small stocks. However, our small packages are lower priced, so we hope that you will visit us once more and select a few that you’d like to try.
